Terms of service

1.Who we are and when these terms apply

Cambleu is an event website and keepsake service provided by Cambleu Technology Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Its registered address is Enspire Hub, 1st Floor, Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. Cambleu is a product of Foxy Labs Technology. These terms take effect on 9 October 2026.

Cambleu is in a pre-launch stage. Today you can browse the website, look at the sample event pages and create an account. Creating real events, taking payments, collecting RSVPs and guest uploads are not open yet, and the sample events use made-up content. The terms for those paid services are not yet in force. They will take effect when each feature opens, and we will show you the final terms before you create an event or pay.

By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms as they apply today.

2.Your account

You can create an account with your email address and a password, or with Google. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law says otherwise.

You must be 18 or older to create a Cambleu account, and you confirm this when you sign up. You must also be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you create an event for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

Your email address is how you sign in, so you cannot change it yourself. To change it, contact us and we will check it is really you first. You can update your name, phone number, country, preferred currency, profile picture and notification choices in your account at any time.

To protect accounts from automated abuse, our sign-up and log-in forms use a human check provided by Cloudflare, and we limit repeated failed log-in attempts.

3.While Cambleu is not yet open

Until we open the service, creating an account or logging in records your account but does not give you access to the host area. We will send you a thank-you email, ask you to confirm your email address, and email you when Cambleu is ready.

Having an account while we are pre-launch does not commit you to buying anything, and nothing is charged. Features, prices and what is included may change before launch.

4.Creating and sharing an event

When event creation opens, an event website may contain event details, an RSVP page, a memory wall and a gallery. You choose what to publish and who to share its link with. Anyone with access to a public event link may be able to see the information and content on that event page.

You will be responsible for checking event details, choosing suitable privacy settings and sharing the link only with people you intend to invite. Do not put sensitive personal information, such as bank credentials or identity documents, on an event page.

5.Your content and guest content

You keep ownership of content you provide, including your profile picture. You give Cambleu permission to host, copy, display and make the technical changes needed to provide, protect and support your account and event websites. For example, we resize profile pictures into a square and cover pictures to a web size and remove hidden data from them. This permission ends when the content is removed from our service, except for copies that remain temporarily in backups or must be kept by law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share content, including permission from people who can be identified in photos, videos, recordings or messages. Take extra care with children’s images and obtain permission from their parent or guardian where required.

Guests keep ownership of the content they submit once guest uploads open. By submitting it, they allow the event host and Cambleu to display and store it as part of that event and to provide the service. We will not use event content in Cambleu advertising without separate permission.

6.Payments, prices and refunds

Payments are not open yet. When they are, prices, currencies, what is included and any add-on will be shown before checkout. Unless a checkout says otherwise, an event is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges will be shown where required.

The final refund rules, the process for requesting a refund and any mandatory consumer rights will be confirmed in the checkout and the final terms.

Payments are planned to be handled by Bachs, a payment provider, who collects naira and US dollar payments for us. Its terms and privacy notice also apply to payment processing. Cambleu does not store full payment card details: you enter them on the payment provider's own page.

7.Keeping an event as a keepsake

An event stays online for 3 months after the event date, and 12 months with Concierge, counted from the event date or 18 months after the event was created, whichever is earlier. It then goes offline: guests can no longer open it, and its content is kept for 12 more months, during which the host can buy Keepsake Forever to bring it back, before it is deleted with 30 days’ notice. Concierge Plus includes Keepsake Forever. A host may purchase Keepsake Forever to keep the event in archive mode for as long as the service is available. “Forever” describes the product plan, not a guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely.

Hosts should download any content they want to keep before an event or account is deleted. The live service will explain how hosts can request an export and what happens to event content when a plan ends.

8.Acceptable use

You must not use Cambleu to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or threaten anyone, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, try to get around our security or human checks, or access another person’s account or data without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, investigate misuse or keep the service secure. Where practical, we will tell the account holder and explain how to contact us about the decision.

9.Suspending or ending use

You may stop using Cambleu and ask us to close your account. Use Account, then Your data, then Delete my account, and tell us why. We will email you and delete your account details within 30 days, subject to the records we must keep by law. When paid events exist, we will explain what happens to paid event sites and their content.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, security risks, legal requirements or if we stop providing the service. We will give reasonable notice where possible. Any refund or continued access will be handled under the final terms and applicable law.

10.Availability and responsibility

We will take reasonable care to maintain the service, but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important event information and memories.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limits on liability, consumer protections and remedies will be set out in the final terms after legal review.

11.Changes to the service or these terms

We may change the service or these terms, especially as features open. For a material change affecting existing customers, we will give notice through the service or by email where appropriate. The updated terms will say when a change takes effect and what options you have if you do not agree.

12.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. This does not remove consumer protections that apply to you under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
